I’m a business operations consultant and mentor who built my career in the messy middle of entrepreneurship, the part most people don’t talk about. I’ve worked behind the scenes of dozens of service-based businesses, helping women streamline their systems, set boundaries, raise their prices, and finally feel in control of the work they love.
My approach is zero BS, zero gatekeeping, and rooted in real experience. I don’t teach from a pedestal; I teach from the trenches.
