2.1 The Klub is offered as a recurring subscription at £9.99/month or £49.99 every 6 months. Subscriptions are billed automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
2.2 Upon purchase of any digital product, course, or membership, users are granted immediate access. Please ensure compatibility with your device and third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, Payhip, Nas.io, WhatsApp) before purchase. We are not responsible for third-party platform errors, but will support you via email if issues arise.
2.3 Age Requirement: Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By accessing or using our Website and Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.
3. No Refund Policy
3.1 All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products, subscriptions, or services. If you experience an issue or dissatisfaction, please contact us promptly to allow us time to rectify the situation. 3.2 It is your responsibility to review product/service details before purchasing. If anything is unclear, email us before completing your order.
4. Community Participation
Joi Virtual LTD’s services and community are created primarily for women and those who identify as female. We use female-centered language throughout our communications and materials. We welcome individuals of all gender identities who are comfortable with this approach and who respect our inclusive, female-focused environment. Disrespecting another person's gender identity, misgendering, or engaging in discriminatory behavior of any kind will result in removal from the community without refund.
4.1 Access to The Klub or any related community platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Nas.io, Payhip) requires agreement to our Community Guidelines. These include maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment. Bullying, discrimination, hate speech, political or religious debates, spamming, unsolicited promotions, or solicitation of services are strictly prohibited. This is a business-focused and supportive space. Violations may result in removal without refund. We reserve the right to remove any user for breach of these guidelines without refund.
4.2 You may not share, distribute, or resell access to our communities or materials.
4.3 To receive the full benefits of The Klub, you must join the designated WhatsApp group. If you change your mobile number, you must inform us so we can update your registration. Any unregistered numbers will be removed from the group. You may not share the community WhatsApp invite link with others or add non-paying individuals to the group. Violation of this policy may result in removal without refund.
5. Klub Cancellation Policy
5.1 You may cancel your Klub subscription at any time by emailing us at info@kimberleyzagva.com at least 7 days before your next payment is due, or by managing your subscription directly in your Payhip account.
5.2 Subscriptions run month-to-month or per the 6-month plan, depending on your selection. Cancellations made mid-cycle will not receive a refund, but access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
5.3 Rejoining The Klub at a later date may be subject to new pricing or terms.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content provided by Joi Virtual LTD — including but not limited to templates, course materials, PDFs, videos, guides, branding, and systems — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2 You are granted a personal or internal business-use license only. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
7. User Accounts and Conduct
7.1 When creating accounts via platforms like 17hats, Kit, Showit, Nas.io, or Payhip, you are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for all activity under your account.

We are not responsible for technical issues, service outages, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Payhip, Nas.io, WhatsApp). While we strive to assist where possible, we do not control or maintain these platforms.
8B. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet or hosting outages, platform failures, or government restrictions.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 All Services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about your results or outcomes from using our products or support. Testimonials reflect individual experiences.
